Advanced 3D scanning, capturing every contour and nuance

Digital Scanning — Capture Every Detail

We use advanced 3D scanning technology to record objects, models, and environments with remarkable precision. Whether preserving heritage artefacts, developing fine art, replicating prototypes, or preparing assets for production, we ensure every contour and nuance is faithfully captured — forming the foundation for seamless digital-to-physical workflows.

Clay Printing & Advanced Modelling — Innovation Meets Tradition

Experience the future of sculpting through cutting-edge clay printing and large-scale 3D fabrication in resin, composites, and concrete.

We bridge digital design and traditional craftsmanship, producing refined clay forms ready for firing, moulding, casting, or further sculptural refinement.

From maquettes to monumental installations, our processes allow ideas to move fluidly between analogue and digital

World-Class Sculpture — Crafted Without Compromise

Our master sculptors combine classical technique with modern technology to deliver museum-quality figurative works, conceptual installations, and ambitious public artworks.

Anthony Bennett has created significant works with internationally celebrated artist Yinka Shonibare since 1998, including the Turner Prize–nominated The Swing and Gallantry and Criminal Conversation (2004), and Monument to the Restitution of Mind and Soul presented at Venice Biennale (2024).

Prototypes, Models & Maquettes

In 2019, Anthony designed and created the maquette for Hibiscus Rising, a 10-metre public artwork in Leeds commemorating David Oluwale — a powerful example of how sculpture can hold cultural memory and civic meaning.

Collaboration at the Highest Level

Known locally as a “serial collaborator,” Anthony works with world-renowned academics across diverse disciplines, translating complex research into accessible, inspiring visual experiences.

In 2010, he co-conceived Festival of the Mind for the University of Sheffield, a biannual city-wide celebration connecting research and the public through art and performance.

Studio Viró expertly interprets briefs — whether fully designed or at conceptual stage — assembling bespoke teams to creatively fulfil each commission with precision and imagination.

ABSculpts

ABSculpts is the social media identity of artist/sculptor Anthony Bennett — a maker of over 40 years whose practice spans mediums, generations, and technologies.

A mentor, protean thinker, and “otherly” creative force, Anthony’s approach embraces complexity, inclusivity, and conceptual rigour. His work can be strange, jarring, and unsettling — yet always arresting, hopeful, and deeply human.

Through demonstration, collaboration, and intergenerational skill-sharing, he keeps alive both age-old craft traditions and contemporary digital methodologies.

Portraiture

From intimate likenesses to monumental figurative statements, Studio Viró creates portraiture that captures not only physical form, but presence, psychology, and story — crafted through a dialogue between sitter, sculptor, and commissioner.
